Mexx Eshop
After an extensive research and concept phase, Mexx relaunched its Dutch and German Eshop in the first quarter of 2006. Being co-responsible for the interaction design and user experience I conducted a series of activities, like interviews and user tests in order to find out the business and user requirements. These requirements were translated into a new Eshop concept, which was used as the fundament for the (global and detail) design phase.
Every step in the design phase was verified by building prototypes and doing user tests. This process resulted in a more appealing Eshop with an improved user experience, which fit the Mexx brand much better.
